Before their was a company, their was Good Karma and Bad Karma. Made during a locavore challenge to eat only local Finger Lakes ingredients, the sauce duo quickly became a hit with the neighbors. Both sauces use a butternut squash base paired with ingredients like red pepper and sweet potato to produce a savory-sweet orchestra in your mouth. The only difference? The Bad Karma ramps up the red peppers to produce something a bit spicier.

Take the classic Karma Sauce base of butternut squash and red pepper, then infuse it with real mango and a dash of tamarind and curry spices. The result: an exotic flavor combination that puts an exciting spin on everyday eating. Perfect for stir-fries, wings, marinades, and stews.  

Everyone loves barbecue, but not everyone loves the high-fructose corn syrup and saccharine sweet flavor of BBQ sauce.  Instead of drowning out the flavor of your meat, Smokey Karma offers a rich smoky flavor that only adds dimension, with hints of chipotle pepper and orange rind. A must try.    

Outside of the original Karma Sauce line, Cherry Bomb remains our most popular sauce. Trying it for the first time is a singular experience, unlike anything you've ever tasted. It adds heat-rich habanero chiles to a foundation of real sour cherries for a combination of fruity sweetness and unmistakable fire. 

Ghost Island takes inspiration from the carribean, combining local fruits like mango and pineapple with local peppers like habanero, bhut jolokia and fattalli. The complex mix of citrus notes paired with mango, thyme and fenugreek might keep you from noticing how spicy it is. But probably not.  

The Goblin moves further South to provide a unique twist on Peruvian inspired green sauce. It takes extra hot green chiles and fuses them with green apples, lime, lemon zest and coriander to create a tangy and savory flavor unlike anything you've ever tasted, and the perfect marinade for your next suckling pig.

Featured on Hot Ones Season 5, Extreme Karma is our best-selling sauce despite its punishing heat. It takes the classic Karma Sauce base and infuses it with 100% super hots (Bhut Jolokia, Trinidad Scorpion, Moruga). Don't worry though, it still has all the complex sweet & savory flavor of the original.

Funken' Hot Yellow Meruga edition offers waves of rich flavor to compliment the heaping helping of Meruga and Fatalli. This sauce has only been around since 2017, but has already taken home several awards, including best in show and best overall hot sauce at zestfest 2018.
