Spiced Irish Coffee featuring Hole Mole Hot Sauce

Hot sauce isn't the first thing that comes to mind when you think "Irish Coffee"... but maybe it should be!

We embarked on a St. Patrick's Day themed experiment by adding a generous dash of Hole Mole to the classic cocktail, and boy are we glad we did.

Hole Mole adds notes of cocoa, berry, and spice that brings a unique complexity to the drink while staying true to its rich, boozy essence.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

  • 1 Cup Freshly Brewed Coffee
  • 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Hole Mole Hot Sauce
  • 2 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • Heavy Cream, Whipped

Pour piping hot coffee into a footed mug until it is about 3/4 of the way full. Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and Hole Mole, making sure the brown sugar is fully dissolved.  Pour in the Irish Whiskey and top with the heavy cream. Serve hot!
