Sabroso Pork Meatballs

Meaning "tasty" in Spanish, Sabroso brightens our southwestern take on this classic comfort food.

1 lb. ground pork
1 ¼ C. plain bread crumbs
2  large eggs
¼ can of Genesee Cream Ale
4.5 oz. Karma SauceⓇ Tommy Tomatillo salsa
3 tbsp. Karma SauceⓇ Sabroso spice blend

Pre-heat oven to 400℉
In a large bowl, hand mix all ingredients until uniform consistency reached
Hand-form meatballs using approximately 3-4 oz. of mixture
Place rolled meatballs on a baking sheet in rows about ½ inch apart
Bake in oven for 20 minutes*
*Internal temperature must be at least 160℉. Use a meat thermometer to ensure safe internal temperature.

Serve with your favorite pasta or on skewers with grilled onion, peppers, and pineapple for garnish!
