Karma Wings

A recipe fit for the Superbowl: Karmalicious Baked Chicken Wings

Serves 4 to 6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

•4 Pounds of fresh or completely thawed chicken wings, sectioned
•1 Cup Karma Sauce® (for milder wings, choose Curry Karma, Good Karma, or Smokey Karma. To spice it up, go with Bad Karma or Extreme Karma)
•2 Tablespoons butter
•1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
•Chopped green onion or other finishing touches (optional)
•Favorite Karma Spice Blend (Instant Karma, Jerk Me Around, New York Minute, or Sabroso)

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees (F). Coat wings with Karma Spice Blend, then place on baking sheet about one-inch apart. Bake for 30 minutes. Pro tip: Break out that meat thermometer! The minimum internal temperature of safe-to-eat chicken is at least 165 degrees (F).

While the wings cook, whisk together remaining ingredients in a small pan over low heat. Pour the heated sauce in a large bowl once wings are fully cooked.

Toss or dip wings in the sauce to coat fully.

Place sauced-up wings on your favorite serving dish, and serve quickly to enjoy maximum crispiness. Cheers!
