Gordon Ramsay had a favorable reaction to Los Calientes during his Hot Ones appearance (09:54). After trying it, he found it “quite zesty” and “fruity,” praising the use of smoked serranos and orange. While he expressed slight hesitation regarding the apricot ingredient, he ultimately concluded that the sauce was “nice” and “good.”
