Buffalo (x8) Sauce

Many Super Bowls ago, in a city not far from Karma Sauce HQ, a crimson fusion of chicken and hot sauce changed game day forever. Intimidating? Yes, but we won't be buffaloed. 

It's with that in mind that we introduce B8, our karmafied take on cayenne red. Tangy, complex, peppery, salty and apple cider vinegar forward. Mix 50/50 with unsalted butter for a most elevated wing sauce. Good on oysters? Jambalaya? Yes and yes. 

Ingredients: Cayenne Pepper, apple cider vinegar, garlic, fig concentrate, tamarind, onion, ancho chile, salt, celery seed. 5 fl oz. MILD.
